It oppens fine but i have to jerk or pull back hard on the bolt to get the case to come out, Its not from a hot load no pressure at all.could it be not enough cam or loss of cam ,lugs had to be re-cut to clean up from a piece of trash that got hammered in to bolt lug and no contact on one side ,100% contact both sides now smooth oppen and close now. head space for tenon length 1.115 to 1.124 .Bolt handle has 16 Thu.gap between front of bolt and back of action when closed Thanks'

I don't understand your statement about headspace. It should be within .004 go//no-go. Otherwise look at the finish inside your chamber. Most of the time the problem that you describe relates to a rough finish inside the chamber.

I'd say it's a pretty good bet that with that amount having been removed that most, if not all primary extraction camming is now gone and is the problem, especially if it was not doing this before. If bolt lift is normal until right at the top, the brass is sized properly, and the loads aren't hot, it doesn't leave much else that it can be with the chamber being unmodified from before in regard to finish. I'd also get the barrel set back to correct the headspace.
