Extended Scope rail for a Savage Model 12 Palma rifle

I'm looking for ideas where to find/buy an extended scope rail for a savage Palma rifle action. Planning on doing both irons and scope matches with it. Ideally, I like the rail to extend out in front of the action 2-3 inches and 20M0A. Moving the scope more fwd helps with eye relief in prone position. EGW makes one but a 0 angle so getting to 1000yd elevation will be kind of hard or impossible.

Any ideas or would be appreciated.

Someone makes blank Pic rails if I remember right they were 12" or maybe 16', just drill our own holes. But can't remember whom, maybe EGW? Or check Brownell's to see what they have.

Or use a 0 Moa Rail and Burris XTR Signature Rings. You can set the slope fro 5-30 MoA.

Word of warning with 20 moa scope rail and iron sights. You can will not have a round rear aperture as you are looking through it at a slight angle. You will need 30 MOA to get to 1000 with most cartridges. Most 30mm scopes will have that but the Burris Signature rings are a real good alternative to the 20 moa rail if you want to slap an iron sight on the pic rail.

If you can find somebody to machine you a 20moa rail be the easiest way . So is you savage a round or a flatback action. As savage has both styles of action and you will need to know which action you have before you can get a rail due to having 1 radius different to the other . Make plenty of rails ever year but unfortunate I'm not in the US.

Decided on the 0 MOA scope rail EGW offered using the Burris rings with offsets to get the angle needed. Thank all of you for your ideas.

I thought the EGW extended rail was/is discontinued?
