All new, never used. I am trying to avoid building anymore rifles.
The action is a Bat M, 1.55 round, left load, right eject, integral lug, 20 moa rail, 308 bolt face
The stock is a McMillan MBR, inletteted for a 1.55 round BAT M with a recoil pad McMillan installed

32 inch stainless Select match 1.25 Shilen barrels, "cleaned". Barrels end up being around 1.23-1.24 after Shilen cleaned the outside so they can be finish polished.
one of:
22 barrel – 7 twist, maybe a 7.3 twist, 8 twist, 12 twist
6 mm barrel – 8 twist
6.5 barrel – 8 twist

I will take $3,000 shipped to you and you won't have to wait a year to get the parts you need to build your dream rifle.
I can also introduce you to Don Geraci, Hall of Fame benchrest shooter and rifle smith extraordinare, if you want him to build it for you. He does one rifle at a time and his turn around right now is about 2 months.
