Ever have meds affect your shooting?

In archery competiton, Beta Blockers are also not allowed. A couple years back the fellow who won the Vegas Tournament was tested positive after he won.
 
It would be interesting to have a medical doctor chime in on this thread. I know for me, caffeine is terrible for my shooting skills. The shakes, ya know........
