You are telling me! I was planning to hold out till Black Friday and wait for a used tikka magnum action local in the meantime, and if nothing came along, get a custom action instead. Maybe a coup de gras. When a tikka is 800+, I mean you are well on your way to a cheaper custom action. When its 599 or less and I can probably get a few bucks for the barrel and stock, its not even close. Plus this is the 5th one at my house. I have so many spare parts and stocks laying around.
