Escutcheon

Not sure if I have this spelled correctly but, where is a good place to purchase an escutcheon for a custom stock project? This will be on a Rem action Thanks!

was building a remington rolling block a couple of months ago, and needed one for the forearm. i searched hi and low and couldnt find one that worked so i ended up just making one out of some mild steel, and brass.

I looked on Brownells and unless they have something they aren't showing a picture of, I couln't find anything to work. If someone knows they have a nice looking one there, please post their stock #. Thanks!

Thanks. I can get access to a lathe where my wife works. If nothing else develops, I'll try to find some stainless to build one.

Have you checked with Remington? It's a standard part on ADL's.

If you want a flanged, shiny one you may have to make it.
