Same deal my buddy no longer shoots these barrels, This was a 28" pro hunter barrel I had cut crowned and threaded 15 7/8" shoots great with reloads and just about any factory ammo you want it to. the finish is dull gray SS it was coated poop green when I got it, The glass beads the guy who did the cut and crown were larger ? than what factory finish. It really kills the reflection of bright SS I had him do another barrel figuring it would be less notable when I moved in the blind
