Purchased the rail, it ended up being too high for my scope (40mm objective) and took it back off. It's new in the package. 3 screw, fits XP and XR 100. Model 7 short action, picatinny rail, 20 moa.

New EGW 20 MOA scope base, with 3-hole design, for actions of Remington XP-100, XR-100, Model 7 Short Action. It's new, package sides were cut open, but it was not the right fit for my application, so I'm reselling it. Comes with 5 (2 extras) screws and Torx bit. It's in new condition, has excellent reviews!
