EDIT--Autotrickler V3 App wont work in my new phone---Figured it out--Thanks All

Got an iphone 15 so went to app store to get the autotrickler v3 app for it . downloaded and tried to open it but it would not open. Deleted and tried again but same thing. I may have something set wrong in the phone. I do have bluetooth turned on. Anyone know what is happening with this? Thanks

EDIT:::: Got it working. I thought the app would open anywhere but it wouldnt --had to get it near the scale while its plugged in. then it opens up and works like it should. -- i feel dumber than i did before-thats pretty dumb-- Thanks to all who helped me.

Most likely the app is not upgraded to the new OS software. If you have a old iPad laying around it should work.
 
I'm running iOS 17.0.3 and have no issues with the app working and have't heard from anyone around me of any issues.
As dumb as it sounds I would delete the app, restart the phone and then reinstall (didn't mention if you had restarted after deleting and it can make a difference). If that doesn't work just email him, he's really good at responding. adamjmac@autotrickler.com
 
Sorry, for even responding because i don't have the answer.
I can just say you are not the only one to have problems with IOS app
If i delete the app and add it back it works for a while then stops working i can do it all over and it wont work at all
I have the app downloaded on my Samsung phone and it works reliably but not on my Ipad
 
I'm with FCJ ... running same version app and no issues at all... in fact, I haven't had any issues with the app in years.

i deleted the app and reinstalled after turning phone off and it still wouldnt work. sent adam an email. thanks

interesting.. i only ever used it on an old iphone XS and its always worked for a few years. thanks

seems strange-- the app shows up on the screen but wont open all the way. i just see part of it when i click on it to open thanks
