eBay, and a thank you to Accurate Shooter

Years ago, I used eBay to sell alot of stuff that was just sitting around, collecting dust...then I had a handful of transactions that went wrong due to unscrupulous people. About that same time, eBay disowned law abiding gun owners, and I swore them off.

I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, once again posted a couple items on eBay for sale. I have discovered that there are just more unscrupulous people on eBay, and their policies continue to screw the seller. I'm done with that place.

On the other hand, every transaction that I have run through Accurate Shooter has been fine, and I've traded and sold a bunch through the free classifieds on this forum, and I have a deep appreciation for that.

So I donated a little more to the site again, and wanted to thank the powers that run this fine site for doing such a great job keeping the riff raff at bay....or eBay as is the case with me

Yep. Sounds like you had some similar experiences to mine. Unscrupulous buyer conjures up a blemish on the unblemished product he bought from me and fleabay gave him his money back and deducted it from my account. When I asked the buyer to return the item, guess what the result was?

I just had a transaction go bad on Ebay. Bought and paid (up front) for the item. Never was shipped. Mentioned it to Eaby, they got in the middle of it, I got a FULL REFUND within a few days. 8)
