E.R. Shaw barrels.

I have two 26",bull) spiral fluted barrel blanks made by E.R Shaw, 6 mm 1:9 and .30 cal 1:10. I know nothing of these barrels and came upp empty on Google and their website, except its a large scale mfg unit. I got them in a trade.

What can these barrels be compared to?

E.R. Shaw barrels are a "standard grade" barrel--probably better than most O.E.M. factory barrels, but not on a par with premium hand-lapped match barrels from Krieger, Hart, Lilja, Broughton etc.

Some shoot very well, others will probably be about the same as a factory barrel. They may foul more and take more time to clean than a match-grade hand-lapped barrel.
