drop tube

When throwing charges in my 30br cases, I'm a bit challenged to get the powder as low in the neck as I would like. My loads of H-4198 are very compressed. I'm going to try a drop tube. Does a person want long and small dia. Or long and big dia.??

I use a 10" long 3/8 diameter drop tube it works a lot better than the 3" tuber i tried 29.0 in my 6 ppc and it overfilled a couple kernals of powder with the 10" tube its at the middle of the neck.The 2 diameter in 3/8 and 1/4 comes in 3"6"8"10" long.

I like long and small diameter. That is the one that works best for me.
