I was having trouble with one of his trimmer inserts and called to leave a message. He called me at about 7:30 pm EST and was available to help me. Once I asked him a few questions, it seemed I had the wrong insert so he is replacing it free of charge. Cant better service than that. Thanks to Giraud for being an honest businessman!
