Donutless brass forming- possible??

HI
Just wondering if it's possible to ignore the donut formed in cases when necking cases up and down??
Or is there some way to neck brass up that doesn't form a donut or a major donut??

Building my 30BR ATM and I really don't want to have to deal with turning the donut off the necks.
I would much prefer to laod and fire asnd then just skim the necks to make them even like is possible with a .271 neck 6 BR.
