I can not believe a creature as full of unconditional love as a dog can be anywhere but heaven.

Lock your wife (husband, boyfriend, whatever) and dog in the trunk of your car. Open it 10 minutes later and see who's happy to see you.

One of 'em needs to be running a vacuum cleaner.

These two shed like crazy and can't stand the vacuum cleaner.

Just said goodbye to this family member of over 15 years today. A great girl, used to guard our kids when they were babies in the car seat on the floor. I remember looking over at her one time, our youngest child was less than 2 and had somehow grabbed ahold of her tongue and had it pulled out of her mouth like a stretched out sock, all Maggie did was look at us....as if to say " can you do something about this please ". She's up there I'm sure.

I'd like to think Frank and Dixie, my two old pointers, are off looking
for that big old covey in the sky.

I figure they'll be locked up when I get there---a fine pair of dogs.

Sugar, Solo (Mom and Daughter Beagles), Mickey (Blue Healer), Rip, Pard, Justa, Boomer, Lady (German Shepherds), Bogger and Chewy (Old English Sheep Dogs), Max, Cal (mutts - one big, one little), Cody (Catahoula) - hope all meet me on the other side.

Every single one has been a great friend, companion, and protector.

Any creature, large or small that can bring so much joy to a person on this earth HAS to have a place in Heaven. Even a cat. If God didn't want them in Heaven, he wouldn't have made them.
