Does Kelbly make 20moa Rings for a Panda dovetail?

I know they make a 20moa rail for the Panda dovetail, but do they make 20moa rings as well?

Just to clear up things, are you asking if Kelbly makes 20 MOA rings instead of using standard rings on a 20 MOA base?

If memory serves me, aren't Panda actions made with an integral rail, whether Anschütz or Picatinny?

Just when I thought I had a handle on this....
I didn't know you could get rings with built in MOA. Are they co-axial? It would seem they would have to be mounted a discrete distance apart to keep them that way and that would limit the scope placement (eye relief, tube restrictions, etc.). Like my signature states, "still learning new tricks".

Shehane offers a set of tapered 20moa rings. Yes, must be mounted a certain distance apart. I tried calling Kelbly, line has been busy.
