Does anyone have a 223ai with 0" freebore?

I'm trying to figure out a load for my 223AI...and am confused about COL. Currently, to find the COL, I would seat a bullet long and seat lower until i see no more marks on the bullet. Well....the issue with this is that i've run out of adjustment in my seating die... I'm having to use a Lee seater until I get my Forster mic die back from reaming...and I have the stem turned all the way till it bottoms out. The other issue with this, is the fact that I can't seat all bullets to the same depth, as some will seat shorter than others.

I'm trying to seat 50gr vmax's and was just curious if anyone else has a similarly chambered rifle and can share their COL with me. I know it won't necessarily be the same, of course, but am still curious as to what others have seen.

I have my reamer print, if that will help anything.

Brass is once fired/formed win brass, if that matters.

Just built a new 9T 223AI tube...to replace my 10 yr old high mileage 12 twist tube...throated for 53 V max @ 2.257"
Your Lee seater should adjust to seat the boolit....screw die in to all but touch shellholder...then adjust stem....
Benchmark or IMR8208 is my powder.....

the die bottoms out on the ram at full stroke....then the stem is adjusted ALL the way in till it bottoms out. The only difference in my die than normal is the fact that I have a LnL conversion on my rockchucker...but, alas, that should still be irrelevant since my die is touching the ram.

the only thing i could think to do is to flip the stem over and machine in a smaller orifice to seat via the meplat instead over further down the bullet as it does now
