Yes. Not only is it an answer to cabin fever, but it keeps me "in tune" for the Rifle Silhouette Match's that I also compete in, in addition to the BR match's to 500 mtrs.
50 ft. indoor range prohibits CF rifles, so my choice is limited to one of my Silhouette rifles, a Marlin 39A, and on occassion 22 & 45 cal. handguns, with lead bullets, jacketed prohibited.
The problem with indoor ranges, at least for me, was lead poisoning. In 1995 had a lead blood count of 68.9, so you gotta be aware of the dangers. If you're doing a lot of indoor shooting, when/if you have a blood test, also request one for lead count. It can kill if left undetected/ treated.
