Do They Still Make Kangaroo Bullet's

I use to buy these 6mm or 243 bullets they were 50 or 55gr they were spitzer points that came in bulk packs of 1000, I was at the range one day and a guy with a thick aussie accent saw my tray with loaded ammo, and said arn't those kangaroo bullets the best I asked him what he was talking about and that's what they called them. I have not seen any in along time and I can't for the life of me remember where I use to get them from.

Pretty sure the 6mm Nosler 55 gr "shots" are also called kangaroo bullets. Seen them listed on Shooters Pro Shop website before.

Sierra .224 55 sbt are sold as roo bullets.1000 pack
pro shooters use them in in 223 accurate and reliable !
I use them for dingo

Haven't seen 6mm advertised as roo bullet
Although 55grn 243! Would do the job !

I still have 500 of those kangaroo bullets left.
I use them in one of my slow twist 6 br's for critter control..

Varmint Nightmare and Dog Town ( Midsouth shooters & MidwayUSA) are the one's. 6mm and even the 17 & 20 caliber. They shoot way better than most would think and are a good bargin.
I like them and shoot thousands, but now must curtail shooting as many at game in my communist state, as socialist's and game commission have lead bullets banned. You know we must save the Condor, or that was their excuse for doing so.

I agree.

They are sold here in OZ as Nosler Shots. Used to be 50/52/55gr 224 cal, but they dropped the 52 and brought over a 55gr 6mm and 34gr 20 cal. I haven't seen the 17 stuff over here. The 52's were match grade accurate in my 222 and the 34s shoot very well in my vartarg. I have 1000 55s for my 223 I haven't tried yet. For pest destruction they certainly do the job.

They are not the same as the kangaroo bullets being discussed....

Last I knew Nosler made these Shots or what some call Kangaroo bullets for the commercials shooting in AZ/NZ and they sell them to Midsouth and Midway, with the loco that each want, as mentioned in prior post. 17, 224 & 6mm . But then again..
I should mention I shot thousands prior to may commie state going lead free and they work great, both in accuracy and acrobatic training. SMILE.
