Do I have a donut??? Or???

I formed some 6.5 Creedmoor brass out of 308 Lapua brass. After fire forming it I noticed that I can slide a bullet into the case but it stops about were the bullet would be seated. What is causing this?? How do I get rid of it?? Thanks guys

Assuming it is a donut and if the bullet base does not reach the donut, just ignore it. If it is a donut and it interferes with your bullet, Forster makes an inside reamer, and others are made by K&M, PMA tools, etc.

I "May" have found my problem. When I necked turned my brass down I don't think I went far enough back on the necks. I was just shy of the neck shoulder junction. The cases really closed hard but I just figured that was because they needed to be formed. But after checking a couple of the case there were several that didn't have the ridge inside the case and I noticed that they were cut back against the neck shoulder junction. After cutting a couple of the cases I had not shot yet then trying them in the gun they did close easier. I cut them all back now so I hope that will take care of the problem. Thanks for the response!!
