Dispensing Powder of Rainy Days

Curious about everyones experience with powders on rainy days. I reload in the garage and had some H110 that turned yellow after reloading some .44 Mag. cartridges in inclement weather. The only post-advice I received was "Don't do that...". What humidity level is OK and what isn't?
I know our friends in the South will have experience with humidity issues while reloading.

Not sure whether it damages anything, but it definitely impacts weight measurements. I'd make sure you load an entire batch at the same time if you want consistency in the load.

Was it olive colored when you started ,because if it got bright yellow then the powder may likely be bad.If you smell it and it takes your breath away,kinda like light acid smell,then it is junk. In direct sunlight it gives an olive color as I recall. Most houses are airconditioned down south and kept at the perfect balance of approximatly 50% humidity.You should be storing it in your home away from heat ,children,and pets.It is real safe to store in a house as it takes direct spark to set it off.I wouldnt store it in a hot garage at all.I keep mine in the dark most of its life.I have powder that is 40 years old and is perfectly fine.
