Dillon RL450 Reloading Press

This is similar to the Dillon RL550B and C series reloading presses. The main difference is that it does not have the interchangeable toolhead. Most RL550B and C parts are interchangeable as are the procedures to operate. The RL 550 B manual is included as that is what I have been using for reference and part numbers.

The press comes with conversion kits for 9mm and 270 Winchester, automatic and manual powder dispensing, and automatic and manual primer dispensing. It is presently set up for 9mm with automatic powder and primer dispensing.
