Walt, I think this was the problem too. It seems to be working better. I did find the replacement motor though, 52 bucks if anyone is interested. Made my molon motor, 52 bucks.I would start by removing the feeder plate. Then take it apart and clean all the sticky lube off of everything. Does the motor now work without the plate? If yes put it all together and adjust the clutch screws. I had to do this to mine.

Would probably be best, in the long run, to contact Dillon and see if they will warranty a new one or just buy a new one and replace the old.The motor in my dillon 650 case feeder is going out. Does anyone know of a generic motor for a replacement?
