Dillon 550 with IMR8208

Have searched other threads, but cannot find solution to my problem. Loading 204Ruger with IMR8208, which I have done for years with no problems. Now the powder funnel locks up in its outer housing periodically-----maybe every 25-50 cartridges. Have talked to Dillon 3 times in last 2 days with no permanent solution. With them on the phone, I disassemble and re-assemble, which solves for another 25-50 cartridges.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Will purchase whatever necessary to fix long term.

IT MAYBE A CASE OF JUST TOO FINE.
i have no issues with accurate no 2, but maybe 8208 is just the right size to
gum up the works, getting outside and stopping the funnel movement.

Thanks for the suggestions. Could not adapt Hornady to 550. Puzzled because do same loading every year with no issues. Perhaps Retired is right——8208 just marginally small enough to get gummed up somewhere in all of the Dillon actuation—-up, down, left, right. Also perhaps I have enough wear on moving parts to allow kernels to go somewhere bad?
Fourth guy at Dillon sending some ‘closer tolerance’ parts. Crossing my fingers because tired of multiple disassembles and @#$&*$# powder everywhere!!!!
Wished Prometheus would take 8208. Prom the best ever.

This guy seems to have made it work

This guy may have some ideas, dunno, I gave up on Dillon measures...

New powder measure arrived today. Installed and loaded 47 without incident. Perhaps the tolerances powder bar to its aluminum housing tighter? Good news is that it seems to work.
Thank you Dillon.
