Selling for a friend, not sure if these parts are for an RL450, I just know they are smaller than my 550.
Manual powder measure is missing return spring, shell plates are #1 and #2. The dies are 38/357 -sizing die is carbide and the other two show just a little corrosion at the base but all are clean inside. Three seating stems.
