What is the difference ce between long range bench rest, long range F class, short range bench rest and....... the other actions?

What makes an action specifically for say bench rest? Can a bench rest action be used for PRS or for hunting?

For one Bench Rest and F-Class actions are single shot actions. Then there are weight restrictions on some of the disciplines so some actions are lighter than others, and shorter than others like in SR BR and varmint class I think it's called. A lot or BR shooters like a Dual port action. PRS actions need to be a repeater and accept a detachable mag.
