Dies for Dillon 750??

So my question I have is for my Dillon 750 I want to load 223,300blk,45acp and 9mm.
I know major ordered on dies. So the question is do I back ordered these or go with lee or rcbs dies?? And what’s the major difference with Dillon to these other manufacturers? Everyone I know said get Dillon but have no reason why lol. Please help me out and make my decision!!

I use primarily RCBS in my 750. Other than on my 308 where the threads are close to being too short on my seater die, they work fine. I load 308, 9mm, 223, 357 with no issues.

Yup , I like the Dillon dies but I don't like a 11 month wait...As stated above get a powder die and tool head for every caliber you will be loading alot , this makes swapping calibers easy and fast.... Then use whatever dies you want... I also use the Dillon nuts for the dies , they are thin and help , get the wrench also... Take your time setting up the dies as per Dillons instructions because if done correctly with the above advice you won't be messing with them anymore , just swapping out tool heads...

If your dies don't come with a crimp die I like the lee crimp dies , just way to easy and not expensive... For pistol the lee 4 die sets will work just fine , for rifle I do prefer a little more precision die than Lee but that like anything else is personal choice.... You can always later on pick up some Dillon dies and swap out , it won't hurt to have the dies your using now as spares as per what's happening now , it will happen again... Dillon says their dies work longer and better for the higher speed progressive presses... I have Dillon dies in 9mm because I guess those I run the fastest but trust me when I say fast isn't your friend , faster than a single stage is.... Take your time and watch what's happening with each pull of the handle.... Your the safety officer , you safety is in your hands...

I love my Dillon 550c and don't regret buying anything but the setup video , you can get that info on you tube for free... I do though watch every step that's happening and it's been a trusted press but mistakes can happen... I may not be loading 500 rounds a minute but I am loading a lot faster than my single stage without mistakes and that's worth the price for me....

I always advise Dillon dies. They are made with a number of special features for
progressive presses. Just read their description. You want them! Buy RCBS or others but
leave Dillon on order and sell the RCBS when Dillon dies come. 35 years experience
talking. Everyone gets advice, only the wise profit from it.

I like Dillon dies for the handgun calibers, mainly because of the big radius on the die mouths, and ease of cleaning the dies without disturbing their setup, but I prefer Redding or Forster dies for rifle, because with Forster’s high expander ball and both of their benchrest seaters. I think they produce more accurate ammo with less runout.
