It's for my 300bo sbr. Anderson upper and a mag tactile lower. I've read reviews on them and seen the same bad one. But got it cheap so I'm going to try it. I'm not positive how the magnesium will hold the kggunkote. It sprayed and covered real easy. I used burnt bronze





My chick HADDDD to have her little revolver done. Now she wants her g19 slide done too

I know the upper will do good. Just never messed with these lowers. If it starts to come off I'll get some duracote for it. Seems to be doing ok. Touched it with my hanger when I put it in the over right by the fire indicator so that's why it's bare there

I painted magnesium before and it looked to take and hold the paint no different than aluminum.

Light scuff, de-grease, air dry and spray. I use a Automotive pre-paint de-greaser/wax remover, Love the stuff.

Dig that burnt bronze, is sharp !

Good to know! I may clean it again and put another coat on it just to help. I bought 4oz so I might as well
