Take the die apart and hose it out with carb cleaner or some bore cleaner. Dry it and all the parts. Using a LITTLE lube on the case, start it in (think honeymoon). When it stalls even a little, pull out and add a teensy bit more lube, try again. Repeat as necessary. Eventually it will work and the die will be seasoned for the next go around. Keep the lube off the neck and shoulder. Only lube inside the neck

Good day,

I've seen it happen when the locking ring blocked the vent hole in the side of an RCBS die. Definitely didn't have too much lube and took a while to figure out.

Imperial Sizing Wax pretty much eliminates this problem.
Been doing it that way since I started with bottlenecks 5 years ago.
Touch the index finger to the wax, rub into thumb, rub Entire case between thumb and index finger. Never a dent and never a stuck case.

During the winter I am loading 40 rounds of 223 every week for a league I shoot. Not going to change now!

I had a heck of a time with some brass when forming brass for my 256 Newton. Air was getting trapped in the space ahead of the shoulder and buckling the case. I found, if I sized it fast, it seemed like I could get sized and out before the case collapsed. I ended up drilling a vent hole in the die and that fixed it.
The picture in the OP is from lube though. WH
