dent on case mouth??? HELP!

I got some 6mm BR handload from a friend. after fire, all the case have a dent on the mouth! mouth is not round anymore.


I measured the length of the cases to be 1.543 neck= 2.71

they were fired in Blaser LRS2 rifle. 6mm BR norma barrel.

they group very good tho. 1/4 MOA.

Question:

can I still use the case to reload? what caused this? how to fix it?

It is most likely caused when the case is moving rearward and the ejector pulls the case out of the chamber hitting the inside of the action.
Try moving the bolt slower to see if the denting stops. Or reduce the ejector force.
 
My 6BR in a Rem 700 action did same thing. Case mouth touched the action port on ejection. Caused by strong ejector spring. Gunsmith snipped the ejector spring a few turns, and that ended the problem.
