Delaminating Stocks

There is a discussion going on on another board about laminated stocks delaminating. Anyone ever hear of this?

if they were done the right way, and taken well care of I doubt they would delaminate.
I know that none of mine ever have........

There are several possible causes of the delamination, but in a rifle stock virtually all possibilities involve manufacturing defects.
