So many people like to bash companies quickly.
I just want to say the customer service at Defiance is absolutely great.
I wanted a couple f.p. springs and needed a shroud. The young lady that i spoke with
Was very pleasant, super helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about The order was easy, super fast
and promptly shipped.
I sure wish other companies were half as pleasant.

From personal experience so is Kelblys and Borden and +1 for Defiance as well

 

[Abnormality]

When I wanted some spare small parts like an extractor, ejector, and springs Defiance sent them to me free of charge.
