I'm building a 280 AI and decided on the Defiance Deviant Ultra Light action.
Just wanted to see if anyone out there maybe using one?

GA Precision will be putting this together for me

Bartlein Barrel 26" 1-9 Vais Muzzle Break
McMillan Game Hunter Edge Tech

Still working on trigger guard / floor plate but leaning towards "Badger"
This will be my last one built so I'm going all out on the optics, Swavorski Z5I.

Now the waiting game

I would check out the Swarovski X5. I believe there new erector system to be better. I looked through one and the view was as good as anything I ever looked through and I looked through lots of high end scopes. Matt

I have a 6.5x47 built on a Defiance Ultra light. I am completely satisfied. I've used several different actions in the past and Its one of my favorites. Plus you can choose your serial number if your ordering straight from them

Forgot to list but it will have Jewell "Varmint Hunter" trigger, I like a 2.5 pull
Yes this is a hunting rifle.
I happen to have a Z5 on a 300 RUM 3.5-18X44, Awesome scope
I got the models mixed up but I will be getting the X5I 5-25X56 for the new being built.

Any insight on Badger rings?
