I took a 416 Rem in a CRF M-70 to Africa on that trip. It quickly killed everything I shot from impala to cape buffalo.

And in deference to the small caliber guys, the 6 UM cleanly killed everything it hit, from jackal to giraffe. And it is far from being the first time a 6mm was used in Africa. That said, I'll stick to my 416.....
