Data range range book for new shooter...added a request

What would you suggest to a new F TR shooter as a range data book? Or does someone have a spreadsheet for this that would share? What do you put in your range data during practice or a match? What else have I forgot to ask?

Here's one I created to use (I don't shoot F-Class). I print them as needed and keep them in a 3-ring binder.

I have something similar for a 3 ring binder. Link attached. I was looking for the data range book stuff for high power...maybe that's what I should have started with. This is just a rifle data log....with wind meter reading s if want ed to

Would some of you post a page(s) of a match which you took notes and what it all meant to you?? Maybe from the SWN. Or wherever you attended a match.
