I am considering a Good caliber for a carry rifle Rem XP-Repeater action with B&C Stock. This has probably been discussed before . Is there any help getting it to feed from a Remington Magazine?

Best to put shim in the back of the magazine to push them forward in the magazine. Note: A BRX will feed better and give the same performance because of the shoulder.

I have not had issues with feeding them. If you really want them to feed slick use a center feed box. You will want a sako or mini 16 for them to eject 100%.

I know that Al Forbs...ALF on this fourm, has built and shot a thousand 22 and 6mm Dashers on Rem 700's that are repeaters. Ok...maybe a hundred...hell, I don't know, but a LOT!! He claims to have never had an issue with feeding out of a Rem mag.

That would be a big "case closed" (no pun intended) on this subject for me.
