How many clicks up will it take me to get on the paper at 1000 yards if i am sighted in at 100 yards with a 105 gr berger with a 6 dasher with a nightforce 12x42 scope

About 25 times 4 or 8 depending on if you have 1/4 or 1/8 inch turrets.

here in Florida where the elevation is 40 feet in the humidity is about 90% I we have to come up for 27 1/2 minutes that's for the bullet running 3070 Larry

What velocity (FPS) are you getting with that load?
Sounds like you need to bump up that load.
With a 100 yard zero at 3000 fps, you need 22 to 24 MOA to make 1,000 yards with the 105 bullets.
Take that load up a couple of grains.

from 100 zero,I go up 24 moa with dasher you should see your sighters.
