Is there a go to guy for having a barrel blank chambered for the dasher and threaded to fit a savage action? I hav been lurking for a while, but finally decided I needed to bite the bullet qnd ask for help.

Might I suggest you get hold of Lester Bruno at Bruno's (623-587-7641). Lester has an extensive background into building 6PPC and competes as well. If I were in your position, he'd be the first guy I'd be calling. Good luck with your project.

Jim @ Northland Shooters Supply lists 6 Dasher as an available chambering in his prefit Criterion barrels, if that floats your boat. I've done business with NSS and was very happy with a Criterion he had made for me. Otherwise, maybe try Pierce Engineering. Pierce just threaded/chambered a Dasher barrel for me (Stiller action) and I am super happy with their work.
