Dasher & 55gr NBT

What is a good load for the 55's in a 8t 25" Shilen rachet. I used a full case of H322 and got 3800 @3850 got a little hot. With the 105 AMX 34gr of Varget was ok @ 2850, this seems a little slow.
Thanks Glenn

I do not have an answer, but if anyone does, please tell me what kind of accuracy you are getting in an 8t that is throated for 105's and shooting 55's. Glenn, how did they shoot?

They are @.375 for 5 with 36gr. old IMR 4198 and 3975-4000 fps. I did the chamber so I left it a little short for the 105's. Really did not spend a lot of time with them, it might do better. I used some RL15 on the 105 today and got great groups @3000 fps. This is for deer and crows, it is in a McMillan Rem. varmint blk. red, white & grey, Jewell, Shilen 5.5 25" 8t rachet and a NXS NF 5.5x22. The AMax's 105 shoot great the 70SBK 65& 75 VMax, NBT 70's all shoot well. I just seem to need more powder to get the vel. up there, I used 35 gr of Varget w/ 105,s the RL15 seems better. I will more than likely end up with 75V Max & 95NBT or the105 Amax.
