Dakota/Nesika comms blackout

Hello Gents, anybody has lately traded and/or looked for Dakota/Nesika actions? We're customers of them since Glenn Harrison's beginnings (mid '90s) and it's the first time we've a complete blackout in communications since 3 months by now (last email from Nesika rep on November 2nd ). Since then, we've tried to get in touch by emails and phone calls (any email accounts and phone extension). No reply. You can only leave a message in their voice box. ... Quite frustrating being at approx. 6000 miles from Sturgis SD ( our workshop is in Italy) and anxiously looking for the status of our pending orders.... Thanks for any help!

They have been really difficult to communicate with for the last several years. I've had the best luck by calling at different times of the day and even then it may take a week or 2. I have no idea what the problem is there. Buy everything you think you'll ever need if you do get a hold of them.

Same here. Tried calling several times since before Christmas. no luck.
Looking for a bolt release and ejector pin for an early Nesika J RBLPRE action

I have been trying to reach them for about a week. Call almost every day and have left q few messages.

I have a bolt that is finicky about which shells it wants to eject. Maybe don't need Nesika to fix it...anyone else out there?

I also had problems reaching Nesika. First time I called a guy answered ,took my name and phone number and said someone would call me back later that day.Never did. Over the next 2 weeks I called at least 8 times. Every time I waited for someone to answer the call got dropped. Also left 5 emails still no answer. I finally gave up. Been 8 months now ,never heard from them. Piss poor customer service.

I had issues about 6 months ago contacting them. Took over a month. When I did finally get through to them the would not sell me any parts. They said that they are not set up to sell to retail customers. Nesika and Dakota are part of the Remington custom shop now, so your best best is to contact a dealer who is a Remington custom shop dealer and order parts through them. I believe most Cabelas are Remington custom shop dealers. The Remington custom shop dealer I spoke to said the would work on getting me the parts i needed, but I never heard back from them. Would up getting a Borden bolt release that worked perfectly, and having Murphy Precision make me a custome scope base (a pleasure to work with them if you any custom pattern/ one off scope base).
