Have you searched for CZ for extractors, shell holders, barrel shims, and bolt shims. Seems like Mission Impossible. Well, I found a site that carries these items. Talk with Lance Shively at Triggershims.com. He's now carrying these very hard to find items. I've used his products and they do fit the bill.

I purchased Shims from Lance to Shim the Sides of a Savage Accu Trigger. There was way too much side to side slop in the trigger. After shimming between the trigger and trigger housing the trigger pull became more consistent and accidental accu-trigger false trip reduced greatly.
