CZ 527 American Scope Suggestions

Considering buying this gun, How much power do you think I need to shoot out to 300yds. Coyotes/Groundhogs will be the targets. brand suggestions appreciated.

First suggestion would be to have this question not posted in a classified ad.

Next would be a question: what's your budget?

I'd look carefully at the Nightforce NXS 2.5-10x42mm, or 32mm if you prefer a lower mounted optic like me.

Options can go up or down from there based on price and/or quality, but that's about the scope I'd base from for that rifle.

This is awesome scope I have on my CZ527. Do not settle for less. Life is too short to shoot cheap guns

The rings that come with the 527 are high and need to be to clear the bolt handle. That does mean that you can use a larger front optic. I mounted a Burris 4.5-14x42 on mine and have been very happy with it. Tracks well, has decent glass (one can easily see mirage), is available with several reticles to help with hold over if you prefer that, does not weigh a ton and is affordable.
