I picked up a new FL bush die and found out that it was "pushing/creating/displacing" a sharp ridge just at/over the shoulder. Contacted Redding, spoke to a Scott in Tech Svcs and he said to send it in for a look see. I told him that I would be in great need within two weeks and if he couldnt get it back to me, let me know. He replied that it depends on how fast I could get it to him beacause he would turn it in a day. Took 8 calendar days for the die to return to me and I am very happy with the replacement die and very happy with the service I recieved by Scott at Redding Tech Services... ;) ;)

I had a similar experience with scott and they were backed up a few weeks and I described the problem and 3 days later it was here. It is really nice to see some companys like redding take a good look at things and make it right.
 
Thumbs up to Redding..........and......their products are made in the United States of America..... a claim which for some ungodly reason causes flames.
