Custom Scope Rail?

Anyone out there make custom Scope Rail's. I have a Howa Mini action that I would like an extended scope rail that is 7.5 to 8" so that I can push the scope father forward than the ones that are available right now.
I tried a one piece Ring /Base combo that cantilever's far enough forward but now its way too high above the rifle. A long Base and low rings is what I am trying to get to work on this rifle but there is not a lot of options out there for the Mini Howa Action.

I know there are folks out there that can make me one.

Using a MDT Scope Rail w/20-MOA & Integrated Recoil Lug, that is 7" long / 16-slots, on my Howa Mini 1500.

Kenny Porter in Lake Jackson Texas is the guy for custom rails. He’s made me a couple of one off items in the past and the work was excellent

I've used Murphy precision rails, and they will build any cant you want into your rail.

You might look into extension rings. I know that Weaver and Leupold make them and I found these. I have no idea about their quality.

I know about the quality of the Hawke extension rings. Very poor quality in my example
