Custom Scope Base for Freedom Arms

Can I get a recommendation for a gunsmith who can make a custom base for a FA 83 similar to the TSOB base, but longer to reduce eye relief?
 
Not a Freedom Arms. And this was NOT done by a gunsmith. This is a job for a really good machinist.

A machinist would be better … agreed. I would like another 2” back.
