Does anyone other than PTG make made-to-order bolts for R700’s?

It would depend on what you're looking for? Mack Bros makes both long and short Remy's, might be some help,contact them and see.

At the moment, I’m looking for a coned .223 bolt. It looks like the McBros is the regular Remington style bolt nose.
Doug, all Remington bolts are like a cone, they have the recessed cut into the barrel to act like a cone, maybe you knew that already. If you're looking for a true coned bolt head not sure on that, if PTG makes them then good luck. Most of my dealings with them has gone smooth but??
