Never happy with any of the carbide bushings I’ve owned, I had some made for myself with a few features I wanted and very tight tolerances.
These have a slight taper, or choke. The diameter at the opening (chamfered end) is about .0003” larger than at the top. The (smallest) diameter at the top is what is etched on the OD.
These are the straightest carbide bushings I’ve measured. Because of the small quantities I ordered, material and tolerances requested, they’re not cheap and I’m making no money on these “extras”.
What I have available:
1x .2630 not laser etched $70
1x .2630 laser etched $95. SOLD
Prices are shipped.
