My solution (my optemetrist doesn't know about), is more Bourbon, more Gin, more Tequila, more Scotch, more Single Malt (when the dollars are available for the good stuff),and more fine Rum. All my floaters have disappeared. Well, they don't float in one place anymore! Do not try this at home!

Steve, I had the YAG procedure on both eyes after cataract surgery. It pretty much solved the problem and is non-invasive. I still have problems with dryness but that comes with age and Palma.Has anyone tried the Vitrectomy procedure for eye floaters.
