The Cumberland Riflemen (Millville, NJ) will be holding a 3x600 Mid Range, F Class, Any/Any practice match on Sunday, December 12, 2010 at our newly renovated 600 yard range. Rifle and sighting types can be switched between matches. This is a non-NRA match. No awards will be given.
We hope you will be able to attend the match and see in person the results of this almost one year and $100,000+ renovation to the pit area and the 600 yard firing line. You may also want to visit Cumberlandmatches.com to see photos of the “new” range.
For those of you who have previously competed at the Millville range, the pit area has new concrete retaining walls and floor, a target shed located in the pits and a three-drain sump system to remove any water automatically No more muddy pits!
Registration 0800-0845
Firing Commences 0900
Fee $5.00
Due to the uncertainty of the weather (the reason the range renovation took almost one year) we suggest that you send Mike Schallow, woodgunguy@comcast.net or Walt Schmidlin my6mm107@verizon.net an E-Mail if you are interested in attending this match. An E-Mail will be sent to those who respond by 5:00 PM on Friday December 10, 2010 if the match is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. Cold is not an extreme weather condition.
Looking forward to a good turnout for an end of season fun match at the new range.
