Cronus BTR 4.5-29x 56mm Zero Stop Question

Hey all,

Was watching a couple of Youtube videos about the zero stop setting on this scope and it mentions using the using the left notch in the ring to set the stop. This sets it at exact zero. So does the right notch on the ring allow a little down dial? I'm having a mental block on this!

Just watched the video. once you have your scope zeroed-in, set the ring to the left notch
Right notch, would put it under zero. Your OK?
